By using forexy you agree to these terms. Apple's standard licence (EULA) also applies to the app.
Rates are estimates
forexy shows reference exchange rates for information only. Rates may be delayed, cached or unavailable, and banks, card issuers and exchange counters use their own rates and fees. Don't rely on forexy for financial, trading or legal decisions.
Price comparisons
Comparisons and example prices are approximate and for fun and context, not financial advice.
No warranty
forexy is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from use of the app or this site.
Purchases
Any in-app purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms, including refunds.
Subscriptions
forexy Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The price and period are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription.
Your use
Don't misuse the app or this site, or try to disrupt the services they rely on.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
